The Process

1. Discover

You’ve found us! We’re so happy you’re here and now that you are, feel free to browse our website to get a feel for what we offer, what items catch your eye, and a little bit about us. Get ready to be excited and get creative!

2. Inquire

Ready to take the next step? Reach out to our team and we’ll be thrilled to assist you. You can either email us directly or inquire through our “Connect with a Consultant” form in the top right corner . We’re here to answer your questions, offer guidance, and ensure that you feel completely at ease throughout the process.

3. Connect

Once we’ve received your email, we will respond within 24 hours requesting some follow up information so we get a better feel for your event, your vibe & what you’re looking for! We’ll listen attentively to your needs and provide personalized recommendations that align with your unique vision for your event.

4. Quote

After understanding your event a bit more, we will then curate a customized quote showing a line itemed and detailed rental order including everything previously discussed and a customized layout of your tent if applicable. This quote will be an ever-evolving order that we, together, will work on continuously through the entire process! Once you are satisfied with your quote, a deposit is required to reserve.

5. Build

Now that you have a reservation we will assist you as your planning progresses, we will work with you to ensure the proper adjustments to your reservation and floor plan are both up to date and accurate. 6. The Event

As your event nears, our team will be in touch with you to finalize your order, provide the day of installation, go over logistics and answer any questions you may have. We strive to have this part of the process go as seamless as possible so you can officially start celebrating your event that much earlier! Should something unexpected come up, we will always have staff members on call. After the event is over, our team will pick up all items belonging to us. We will follow up with you after the event to ensure everything was exactly how you envisioned it.
